About Us

Hi, we're ITSR

We are a team of clinicians dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of our community.

We’ve intentionally built a practice that offers specialized, evidence-based care locally, so individuals and families can access the support they need close to home.

Each clinician supports a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, grief, life transitions, and couples counselling.

We believe healing is possible for everyone and are committed to building a healthier, more resilient community—one person at a time.
